Executive Summary
VoizPanda, an AI workforce platform, migrated its entire cloud infrastructure from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Teleglobal designed and deployed a secure AWS Landing Zone in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region using AWS Control Tower and a multi-account governance model. The project delivered a production-ready, Well-Architected cloud foundation with centralized security monitoring, environment isolation, and automated governance. This engagement is part of Teleglobal’s Cloud Migration and Modernization services.
| 4 Dedicated AWS Accounts | GCP to AWS Full Platform Migration | ap-south-1 Mumbai Region | 3-Layer Security Controls |
Background
VoizPanda helps businesses automate customer-facing operations through AI-powered employees. These AI employees handle sales conversations, lead qualification, candidate screening, appointment scheduling, and customer support across voice and chat channels. The platform supports CRM integrations, multilingual communication, and analytics-driven insights.
As VoizPanda’s customer base grew, so did the complexity behind its infrastructure. The company was running on GCP but needed tighter governance, clear environment separation, and deeper security monitoring for the next stage of growth.
The Challenge
VoizPanda faced several infrastructure gaps that would slow down business growth if left unaddressed.
- Migrating existing workloads from GCP to AWS without disrupting live customer operations
- Scaling infrastructure to handle increasing AI-driven interactions and customer adoption
- Separating development, audit, log archive, and production environments with clear boundaries
- Enforcing governance and compliance controls for sensitive customer data and business communications
- Building centralized security visibility with unified threat detection, logging, and auditing
- Standardizing cloud operations to reduce configuration drift and manual overhead
The Solution
Teleglobal deployed a secure AWS Landing Zone using AWS Control Tower and AWS Organizations in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. This work is part of Teleglobal’s Expert AWS Solutions practice.
Multi-Account AWS Architecture
Four dedicated accounts were provisioned for Production, Development, Audit, and Log Archive. This gave VoizPanda clear workload isolation, reduced blast radius, and simplified access management across environments.

GCP to AWS Migration
A structured AWS migration approach covered infrastructure discovery, dependency mapping, migration planning, execution using AWS MGN, DMS, and DataSync, validation testing, security hardening, and post-migration optimization.

Security and Governance Controls
Three layers of security controls were implemented across all accounts:
- Preventive controls through AWS Control Tower guardrails and SCPs to block non-compliant actions before they happen
- Detective controls using AWS Config and Security Hub for real-time compliance monitoring, drift detection, and security posture assessment
- Proactive controls to prevent non-compliant resources from being created at deployment time
Centralized Logging, Identity, and Monitoring
Dedicated Audit and Log Archive accounts centralize all operational and security logs. AWS IAM Identity Center manages authentication with least privilege, role-based access and federated sign-on. Security monitoring runs through AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch for unified threat detection and compliance visibility.
AWS Services Used
| Category | AWS Services |

| Logging & Monitoring | Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon S3, AWS CloudTrail |
| Migration Services | AWS Migration Hub, AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), AWS DataSync |
| Networking | Amazon VPC, Security Groups, Network ACLs, Transit Gateway, Route Tables |
| Identity Management | AWS IAM, AWS IAM Identity Center |
Results
| Area | Before (GCP) | After (AWS) |
| Cloud Platform | Single GCP environment | Multi-account AWS with Production, Dev, Audit, Log Archive |
| Environment Isolation | No separation between environments | Four isolated accounts with defined security boundaries |
| Governance | Manual, inconsistent governance | Automated governance via Control Tower, SCPs, guardrails |
| Security Controls | Limited visibility and monitoring | Preventive, detective, and proactive controls with Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, CloudTrail |
| Logging | Decentralized logging | Centralized via dedicated Audit and Log Archive accounts |
| Access Management | Fragmented access controls | IAM Identity Center with least privilege and federated SSO |
