Brickfolio is a full-service real estate consultancy specialising in commercial and residential real estate, property management, and corporate relocation. They serve property investors, commercial enterprises, residential home seekers, corporate clients, and developers across multiple service lines simultaneously. 

Challenge

In real estate, the first person to call back usually wins the lead. Industry data shows that responding within the first 60 seconds of enquiry can lift conversion by up to 391%, while roughly 60% of callers who reach voicemail simply call the next provider. With enquiries arriving daily across four service lines, Brickfolio’s team could not realistically reach every lead within minutes, especially outside working hours. This resulted in lost mandates and cold pipelines. 

Manual tele-calling also consumed significant consultant time on first-contact screening: identifying the service line, understanding budget and timeline, and routing to the right team. This left less time for site visits, negotiations, and closings. 

Solution

Teleglobal built and deployed an AI voice sales agent for Brickfolio. The agent is an autonomous, natural-sounding calling assistant that engages every inbound and outbound enquiry within seconds across all four service lines. Rather than routing callers through a rigid IVR menu, it holds a real conversation in the caller’s language of choice. 

How it works

  1. Instant trigger: The moment an enquiry is captured (website form, missed call, WhatsApp, or campaign landing page), AWS Lambda triggers the AI agent to place an outbound call within seconds, or answer an inbound call instantly. 
  2. Call placement and reception: Amazon Connect (or a SIP telephony provider) handles the actual placing and receiving of phone calls – routing inbound calls to the AI agent and initiating outbound calls to leads the moment an enquiry is captured. 
  3. Speech understanding: Amazon Transcribe converts the caller’s speech to text in real time, including Hindi/English code-switching common in Indian conversations, while handling interruptions and natural back-and-forth. 
  4. Conversational reasoning: Amazon Bedrock (LLM) drives the conversation logic. It identifies which service line the caller needs, answers property and pricing questions, handles objections, and adapts the pitch to investors, occupiers, or corporate clients. 
  5. Natural voice response: Sarvam AI generates the spoken reply in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, English, or a mix, giving the agent a native-sounding voice for Indian callers. 
  6. Structured data capture and CRM sync: Every call is converted into structured deal data (requirement, budget, urgency, service line, preferred consultation slot), stored in Amazon S3, and pushed into Brickfolio’s CRM with the appointment booked automatically on the relevant consultant’s calendar. 
  7. Warm handoff: When the caller is ready to move forward or asks for a human, the AI agent transfers the call with full conversational context to a live consultant. No repeated questions, no cold restart. 
  8. Reporting: Amazon QuickSight surfaces a real-time voice-sales dashboard for leadership showing calls attempted vs. connected, qualification rate, consultations booked, and conversion by service line.

Why Amazon Bedrock for conversational reasoning 

Bedrock provides native AWS integration with Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch. It runs pay-per-request with no idle compute costs, keeps data within the AWS account without sending it to third-party APIs, and includes managed prompt versioning and guardrails. Using GPT-4 via Azure OpenAI Service or OpenAI’s API would have meant managing a separate vendor relationship, sending caller conversation data outside the AWS environment, and building a custom guardrails layer from scratch.

Why Sarvam AI for text-to-speech 

Sarvam AI is an Indian foundation-model company purpose-built for Indian languages. It offers significantly higher naturalness and accuracy for Hindi and regional-language speech than general-purpose global TTS engines like Amazon Polly. It handles Hindi-English code-switching mid-sentence natively. Pairing Sarvam with Bedrock (reasoning) and Transcribe (speech-to-text) gives the voice agent a stack tuned for how Brickfolio’s Indian callers actually speak.
