Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing,
implementing, and managing enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Microsoft
Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Infrastructure as Code
(IaC), CI/CD, cloud architecture, automation, and multi-cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for
leading complex technical engagements, driving DevOps best practices, providing technical consultation to clients, and
contributing to solution architecture and pre-sales discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement highly scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure across
AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade multi-cloud and hybrid cloud DevOps solutions.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other automation frameworks.
- Architect, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Lead client-facing technical discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, architecture workshops, and solutioning
discussions. - Provide technical leadership during complex DevOps and cloud transformation engagements.
- Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend improvements related to scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Implement and enforce DevOps best practices, automation standards, deployment strategies, and operational
processes. - Design and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions across cloud and application
environments. - Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, performance, and production issues.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level DevOps engineers and contribute to the development of engineering best
practices. - Contribute to technical solution design, proposals, estimations, and client presentations where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP cloud services.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Hands-on experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment strategies.
- Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs/VNETs, subnets, routing, security groups,
load balancers, DNS, and connectivity. - Experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures.
- Strong experience with automation, configuration management, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience with cloud security, IAM, access controls, secrets management, and secure infrastructure practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD environments.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills with the ability to independently lead technical discussions and
provide solution-oriented recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
- Experience with multi-cloud governance, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with GitOps practices and tools.
- Experience in designing disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
- Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional
Cloud Architect, or Kubernetes certifications. - Experience working in client-facing consulting or enterprise technology environments.
