Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead projects, design scalable architectures, and mentor team members. This role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership and strategic thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of multiple complex projects.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Design and develop robust APIs using FastAPI and Flask.
  • Oversee frontend architecture using ReactJS, AngularJS, Vite, and Bootstrap.
  • Optimize and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server).
  • Design and implement solutions using vector databases (PgVector, Pinecone).
  • Drive adoption and integration of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and delivery timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects with full ownership and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Expertise in Python and solid experience in C++.
  • Strong experience in backend architecture and API design.
  • Advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks (ReactJS preferred).
  • Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and scaling.
  • Proven experience with system design and scalable architecture.
  • Strong experience with LCNC platforms and enterprise integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-priority projects.
