Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who can independently handle modules and contribute to end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development experience along with problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend.
  • Build and consume APIs using FastAPI and Flask.
  • Develop responsive UI using ReactJS, AngularJS, Vite, and Bootstrap.
  • Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL Server.
  • Work with vector databases like PgVector and Pinecone.
  • Leverage and integrate Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms for rapid application
  • development.
  • Handle assigned modules independently across the full development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C++.
  • Experience with RESTful API development using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience or exposure to LCNC platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
