Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive cloud adoption across large and strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
cloud sales, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven ability to lead complex sales cycles from opportunity creation to closure.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers for cloud services.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets and territory growth.
    • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and position tailored cloud
      solutions.
    • Proactively engage with senior IT and business stakeholders to present Teleglobal’s cloud
      offerings.

    2. Enterprise Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to support long-term
    • partnerships.
    • Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling relevant cloud services.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between client
      objectives and proposed solutions.
    • Understand and anticipate client needs to deliver value-driven cloud engagements.

    3. Strategic Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with solution architects, cloud engineers, and proposal teams to create
    • compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Provide market and customer insights to help shape product development and go-to-market
      strategies.
    • Participate in strategy planning sessions to influence the future roadmap of cloud services.

    4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

      • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data within CRM systems.
      • Track sales KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
      • Provide timely reporting on sales progress, account health, and market trends.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Experience: 7+ years in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on cloud services or related IT solutions.
      • Cloud Knowledge: Solid understanding of AWS (or other leading cloud platforms), cloud
        migration strategies, and industry best practices.
      • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle enterprise sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
      • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex solutions to both technical and business audience
