Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Alliance Manager with 2+ years of
experience to support and grow our partner ecosystem, preferably within the Cloud or B2B
space. This role involves managing vendor relationships, driving collaboration, and
contributing to business growth through strategic partnerships. The position requires
regular travel to vendor locations for on-site engagement and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and support partners and vendors aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with partners
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to vendor locations to ensure alignment and performance
  • Assist in executing joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive partner success
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics and share insights
  • Support contract discussions and partnership agreements
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operational coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and processes

Travel & Work Requirements

  • Willingness to travel regularly to vendor and partner locations
  • Conduct in-person meetings for reviews and relationship management
  • Travel requirement: approximately 25%–50% (based on business needs)
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, business development, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Cloud, SaaS, or B2B industry
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems (resellers, system integrators, channel partners)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
