Role Summary:

Build and operationalize AI and ML models and pipelines on AWS or Azure, with growing expertise in
GenAI application development, RAG architectures, and agentic AI patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines using SageMaker Pipelines, Azure ML Pipelines, or
  • equivalent
  • Build model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation workflows for Classic ML models
  • Deploy models to production with proper versioning, A/B testing, and rollback capabilities
  • Develop GenAI applications using foundation models, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
  • Build and integrate AI agents with tool use, API calling, and knowledge retrieval capabilities
  • Implement model monitoring for data drift, concept drift, and performance degradation
  • Optimize model inference performance and cost (instance selection, model compilation)
  • Integrate AI models with application services via APIs
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists on model productionization

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in AI or ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms — AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) or Azure (Azure ML,
    Azure OpenAI Service)
  • Experience building GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML
  • Knowledge of model serving patterns and inference optimization
  • Understanding of distributed training and large-scale data processing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud certification — AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Azure AI
    Agent Service)
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment
  • Knowledge of feature stores and experiment tracking (MLflow, SageMaker Experiments)
  • Multi-cloud AI experience
