About the Role
We are looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in technology.
As a Trainee Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and architects, gaining hands-on exposure across modern technology domains including Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Engineering.
This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, technically strong, and can communicate their ideas clearly —you don’t need years of experience, but you do need a solid foundation and the hunger to learn fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of software applications and services
- Participate in cloud infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks
- Support CI/CD pipeline development and contribute to DevOps practices
- Help build and fine-tune AI/ML models or integrate AI-powered APIs into products
- Assist in data collection, transformation, and analysis using modern data tools
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Communicate technical concepts clearly in team discussions and documentation
- Continuously learn and upskill through internal training, certifications, and self-study

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, Electronics, or a related STEM field
