TeleGlobal Helps Creedom.ai Move from Azure to AWS

About the Customer

Creedom.ai is a platform created to help content creators grow with consistency. It combines expert feedback, analytics, and AI-driven insights to help creators understand what works, what does not, and how to improve their content over time.

As the platform expanded, Creedom.ai’s Microsoft Azure environment started facing performance and scalability issues. Infrastructure costs were increasing, workloads were harder to manage, and maintaining performance during high traffic became difficult.

The company decided to modernize its infrastructure by migrating to Amazon Web Services (AWS). To ensure a secure and smooth transition, Creedom.ai partnered with TeleGlobal, an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, to plan and execute the migration.

The Challenge

Creedom.ai’s Azure setup had served its early business needs well but was no longer efficient for growing workloads and user activity. The infrastructure lacked flexibility, performance consistency, and clear scalability options.

The key challenges included:

  • High operational costs caused by over-provisioned virtual machines
  • Slow performance during heavy usage
  • Manual monitoring, patching, and backup management
  • Limited automation and scalability
  • Weak disaster recovery and lack of redundancy

Creedom.ai wanted a solution that would deliver consistent performance, reduce costs, and simplify infrastructure management, all while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.  an AWS environment that would be secure by design, scalable under demand, and operationally efficient.

The Migration

The migration covered 14 servers across application, database, and utility workloads, running on both Windows and Linux. It followed a four-phase strategy designed to minimize risk, prevent downtime, and ensure complete data accuracy.

Phase 1: Discovery and Assessment

A detailed review of the Azure environment was carried out to analyze workloads, map application and database dependencies, and collect performance metrics. This helped identify which workloads could be migrated directly and which required optimization before moving to AWS.

Phase 2: Architecture Design

A new AWS architecture was designed around reliability, performance, and security.

Key features included:

  • AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) for secure network isolation
  • Multi-Availability Zone configuration for high availability
  • IAM-based roles and least-privilege access policies
  • Private subnets for compute and database layers
  • Automated backup and disaster recovery setup

This design ensured scalability and alignment with AWS best practices. through automated scaling.

Phase 3: Migration Execution

AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) was used to replicate workloads from Azure to AWS. Applications were tested in a staging environment to validate performance and functionality before moving to production.

The migration was completed in phases, allowing Creedom.ai to maintain operations with no downtime. Continuous data replication ensured that all workloads remained synchronized until cutover.

Phase 4: Post-Migration Optimization

Once migration was complete, the AWS environment was optimized for performance and cost efficiency.

Steps included:

  • Right-sizing EC2 instances based on utilization data
  • Implementing Auto Scaling to adjust capacity automatically
  • Configuring CloudWatch for centralized monitoring and alerts
  • Applying cost optimization tools such as Savings Plans and storage tiering

AWS Services Implemented

Layer AWS Service Function
Network Amazon VPC Secure network isolation and routing
Compute Amazon EC2 Scalable compute resources for applications
Database Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) Managed relational database service
Caching Amazon ElastiCache (Redis) Low-latency data caching
Storage Amazon S3 Secure and durable object storage
Security IAM, GuardDuty, KMS Access control, threat detection, encryption
Monitoring CloudWatch, CloudTrail Real-time monitoring, logging, and auditing

The Results

The migration was completed successfully with zero data loss and no downtime. Creedom.ai immediately experienced faster application performance, better cost efficiency, and improved infrastructure stability.

Goal Implementation Result
Increase Application Speed EC2 optimization and Auto Scaling 30% faster performance
Lower Cloud Costs Right-sizing and Savings Plans 35% reduction in monthly costs
Improve Reliability Multi-AZ architecture 99.95% uptime achieved
Strengthen Security IAM, GuardDuty, private subnets 75% fewer vulnerabilities
Simplify Management Centralized monitoring and alerts Reduced operational overhead

Business Impact

After moving to AWS, Creedom.ai saw measurable improvements across performance, security, and scalability.

  • All 14 servers were migrated successfully with no downtime.
  • The platform became more responsive during high traffic.
  • Cloud costs dropped by up to 35%.
  • Uptime improved to 99.95% with multi-AZ redundancy.
  • Security posture improved with stronger IAM controls and monitoring.
  • IT operations became simpler and more automated.

With AWS now powering its infrastructure, Creedom.ai can focus on building new features and serving its growing creator community rather than managing infrastructure issues. .
