Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning algorithms. The candidate should be able to architect, fine-tune, and deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and effectively handle client engagements including pre sales calls and technical consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI, chatbot, and agentic AI solutions across cloud platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate models (LLMs, transformers, etc.) based on business needs.
- Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Collaborate with clients to define AI strategies and solutions.
- Lead client calls and pre-sales discussions, presenting AI capabilities and PoCs.
- Integrate AI/ML models with existing business workflows and APIs.
- Stay current with the latest AI and ML advancements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure AI/ML services.
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Chatbots, and Agentic AI systems.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Experience in model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of handling client and pre-sales calls independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
- Exposure to prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
